After 10 yrs + towing with a 1997 V70 ( Now at 206k) I,m now considering a XC70 (205 or 215) 2010,11 or 12 yr to replace the V70. I have always regretted not having Load compensation suspension on my V70
The choice of XC70's of these years with Load compensating suspension is very small and hence my question to any other XC70 caravanners without load compensation suspension is how good is it, and have they had to fit additional suspension aids. Do they wish they had got Load compensating suspension.
I'm wondering if its worth waiting for a Load compensating suspension XC70 to turn up or have far greater choice with a standard suspension one.
Yours thoughts and experience with the XC70 as a tow car is welcome.
Thanks, Paul
p.s. I tow a Swift 530 se - 1300kg max
